Who am I?
If you don’t know already my names is Jon Suh I’m from Columbus, Ohio, and I’ve been playing guitar for
over 20 years.
For the past 15 years, I’ve also been in a band, and
toured all over the U.S.
Beyond my personal career, I’ve been teaching guitar for over 10 years, working with students at every level - from music college students to experienced self-taught players, beyond that I’ve also had students get into music school.
Throughout this journey, I’ve learned a lot about what works (and what doesn’t) when it comes to teaching guitar.
I’ve also had the great luck of building an amazing community of guitarists on social media, which is likely where you found me and this video. I started creating content more consistently in 2022, and by the time of writing this, I’ve grown my Instagram page to over 60k followers.
Oh, and I also have a music degree from
Berklee College of Music.
